Day 1
Rishikesh: Drive from Delhi to Rishikesh (220kms / 6 hrs approx). Arrive Rishikesh and check in to your hotel. One of the holiest cities in India, Rishikesh is not just known for its religious connection, but also for its stunning landscape. Surrounded by the Shivalik Range on three sides, with holy river Ganga river flowing through it, Rishikesh is truly an ethereal experience. In the afternoon, proceed for a half-day tour of Rishikesh. Visit Rishikund and the Temples of Rishikesh. Overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 2
Haridwar: Proceed for morning visit of Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula, two suspended bridges across the Ganga. Legend has it that Lakshman crossed a bridge made of jute ropes here. The view from the bridge is panoramic… mountains, the river, the temples and the ashrams. In the evening, drive to Haridwar (24 kms / 1 hrs approx). Arrive Haridwar and check in to your hotel. Visit the Mansadevi Temple by Cable cart. This temple atop the Bilwa Parvat offers a panoramic view of Haridwar, the Ganges, and the countryside. In the evening, witness the Ganga aarti ceremony. Overnight in Haridwar.
Day 3
Mussoorie: Drive to Mussoorie (80 kms / 2 hrs approx). Arrive Mussoorie and check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight in Mussoorie.
Day 4
Mussoorie: Proceed for a full-day tour of Mussoorie. Visit the famous Mall Road… the Mall is Mussoories main artery. Running through Kulri Bazaar, on towards Library Chowk, the Mall offers an amazing variety of pastimes. Later, take the cable car that starts from the Mall and goes up to Gun Hill, enjoying the mesmeric views of the Himalayan peaks and a birds eye view of Mussoorie and its environs. Afterwards, visit Kempty falls, located 15 kms from Mussoorie. The falls offer a breathtaking view of the water cascading down forty feet, splitting into five streams on the way. Overnight in Mussoorie.
Day 5
Onwards: Drive back to Delhi (261 kms / 6 hrs approx).
