Day 1

Colombo - Kandy: Arrive Colombo. You will be met, assisted at Airport, Drive to Kandy (119 Kms/2 Hrs drive approx). Arrive Kandy and check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 2

Kandy: Proceed for Peradeniya (6 Kms/15 Minutes drive approx). Visit the Peradeniya Botanical gardens, the finest of its kind in Asia. The vegetation here is purely tropical, being characterized by an abundance of climbing plants or lianas, palms, bamboos, pandanus or screw-pines, epiphytes (orchids, ferns), and lofty trees, the latter often having buttressed roots. A spice garden to the right of entrance is replete with exotic spices. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 3

Nuwara Eliya : Proceed for Nuwara Eliya (71 Kms/1.1 Hrs drive approx). Enroute visit the Pinnawala Sanctuary, one Sri Lanka’s most popular animal attractions. Its the worlds first and only elephant orphanage established to feed, nurse and house young elephants lost or abandoned by their mothers and also visit Tea Estate & Tea Factory situated at around 2000m above sea level and surrounded by lush tea plantations, Nuwara Eliya is the main hill resort of Sri Lanka and the heart of the tea industry. Arrive Nuwara Eliya and check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 4

Nuwara Eliya – Kitulgala - Bentota: Proceed for Bentota (205 Kms/3 Hrs drive approx) Enroute visit Kitulgala This is a pretty town, in the wet zone rainforest area, is a base for white-water rafting, which starts a few kilometers upstream. The Kelani river is wide at Kitulgala, but it is shallow, so in the drier months it provides a safe and attractive place to swim. The Academy Award-winning "The Bridge on the River Kwai" was filmed on the Kelani near Kitulgala, although nothing remains now except the concrete foundations for the bridge. Arrive Bentota and check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight in Bentota.

Day 5

Bentota- Galle- Bentota: OProceed for Excursion to Galle (56 Kms/45 minutes drive approx). Visit the Dutch Galle Fort ... you may choose to enjoy a boat ride for whale and dolphin watching in Mirissa. You can also go on a glass bottom boat ride to the coral reef, and enjoy scuba diving in Hikkaduwa. Visit the Turtle Hatchery in Kosgoda, and opt to enjoy a boat ride on Madu River, which is famous for its biodiversity. Also visit the blowhole in Induruwa. Overnight in Bentota.

Day 6

Bentota- Colombo: Proceed for Colombo (70Kms/ 1.1Hours drive approx). Arrive Colombo and check in to your hotel & relax. Overnight in Colombo.

Day 7

Colombo: Proceed for Full Day City Tour of Colombo. Visit Pettah, which is Colombos leading bazaar district. The narrow cobbled streets lined with shops and street stalls that offer the most fantastic bargains. Stroll around Galle Face Green, a seafront expanse of green graced by cricket games, kite flyers and cool breeze. Overnight in Colombo.

Day 8

Onwards: Proceed to the airport to board the flight for your onward destination.
