Day 1
Arrive Brisbane / Gold Coast
Welcome to Brisbane. Upon arrival you are met and are transferred to the Gold Coast, an approximate 2 hrs drive. Check into your hotel and the rest of the day is free for you. We recommend you to have your dinner at the Krish Indian Restaurant which is 20 min drive to the Surfers Paradise OR dine at the Curry Restaurant which is located in the Surfers Paradise area. Overnight in Gold Coast.
Day 2
Gold Coast
This morning, its time for your transfer to Dreamworld! Here you spend the entire day enjoying yourself at the various shows and rides. Your transfer to take you back to the Hotel awaits you at the exit gate later this evening. After a brief rest we suggest you to get ready and make your way at the pier for your relaxing 2-hour sunset cruise accompanied with champagne. Overnight in Gold Coast.
Day 3
Gold Coast
Its fun time for the family today as you head out for some great crab catching on the Tweed River. From the moment you step on board the specially designed river cruiser you can take part in a range of activities such as feeding pelicans, yabbie pumping, fishing and trapping for crabs. If you prefer, you can simply sitting back and enjoy the spectacular natural beauty of the tranquil and safe Terranora inlet, on the Tweed River. This tour includes all the equipment for activities, fishing equipment and bait. Also included are morning tea or coffee and biscuits. The delicious crab lunch is optional. You also have the opportunity to visit the famous Birds Bay Oyster Farm and purchase fresh oysters and pearls right here.
We recommend you visit the Witches Chase Cheese Co, a small cooperation creating small batches of very high quality handmade cheese and ice cream, with over 15 varieties of to choose from. This can be followed by a visit to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Overnight in Gold Coast.
Day 4
Gold Coast
This morning we recommend you take back with you a taste of Tamborine just out of the Gold Coast. You are picked up at around 0830 hrs (from selective hotels) and driven off to OReillys in the centre of the cool, quiet rainforest of Lamington National Park, with spectacular panoramic views to the McPherson Ranges. Walk through the treetops 16 metres above the forest floor. Later, visit Mount Tamborine and explore the many arts and crafts shops on Gallery Walk and also visit the Alpaca Farm and Wine Tastings at Canungra Valley Vineyards. Return to your hotel later in the evening at around 1700 hrs. Overnight in Gold Coast.
Day 5
Gold Coast / Melbourne
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Melbourne. Upon arrival you are met and are transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax. Spend the rest of the day walking around the city, or discovering the city on the inner circle tram that is free for all. In the afternoon we suggest you to head to the Melbourne Zoo where you can see koalas, possums, little fairy penguins, cockatoos, emus and kangaroos.
Home to Australias top rated fine-dining restaurant, multi-cultural eat streets, and laneways lined with specialist bars, cafés, and restaurants eating in Melbourne is an adventure for the senses. Beyond the city, Victoria boasts specialty wine regions, farm-gates, food trails and quality produce delivering memorable culinary experiences.
In the evening make your way to the Colonial Tramcar Restaurant for an authentic fine dining experience in a memorable, plush setting. Diners are treated to a trip through the scenic streets of Melbourne, cruising tree-lined St Kilda Road, the spectacular spread of St Kilda Beach and the entertaining bustle of Fitzroy Street. After passing the iconic toothy grin of Luna Park, the Tramcar travels into the heart of the city and on to Melbournes lively Bourke Street. Overnight in Melbourne.
Day 6

This morning you could head off to Yarra Valley, a one-hour drive, to experience some wine tasting and a ride aboard the "Puffing Billy" steam train that traverses a path of 24 kms through the forests, fern gullies and rolling farmlands and a visit to Healesville Sanctuary which showcases over 200 species of Australian wildlife. Healesville in the Yarra Valley is also home to over 60 wineries with the majority being small and family-owned. Some boutique wineries include Gembrook Hill, Medhurst Estate, Jamsheed, Mandala and Hoddles Creek.
Upon returning to the city, relax at the hotel. This evening, we suggest you to eat at the fine dining Vue de Monde, located on the 55th floor of Melbournes iconic Rialto Tower. It has a la carte and degustation wonders - piped, pressed, brewed and blow-torched, that surprise and delight. Overnight in Melbourne.
Day 7

We suggest you explore Melbournes trendy St Kilda area with its shops, cafes and beach. St Kilda is also where the entertainment complex, Luna Park is. Monarchs - the cake shop is a must stop and their cakes and teas are really something! Later, head off to the Eureka Skydeck in the centre of the city and enjoy some amazing views from atop the tower. Then to the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) where you can tour the famous Long Room and the MCC Museum etc. In the afternoon, you could take the free tram and head to the Harbour Town area, home to over 200 shops! Visit the Aquarium, the Grand Prix Circuit ground or just spend time walking around and sponging in the various facets of this vibrant and arty city.
We recommend you have lunch at Cumulus Inc perhaps sharing slow-roasted lamb with cracked wheat and freekeh salad, or heirloom tomatoes and burrata. Stop in at DeGraves Lane (off Flinders Lane) lined with cafes, for a reviving coffee or afternoon tea, one of the citys favourite spots for caffeine. Before dinner, have a drink at Bar Lourinha, then a five-minute walk along Meyers Place will bring you to the top end of Bourke Street to the fabulous Italian restaurant Grossi Florentino with the three dining spaces: the casual Cellar Bar, Upstairs and The Grill. Be sure to order the signature dessert, La Mela Di Murano (a glass toffee ball filled with apple sorbet, served on a bed of pearl tapioca). Overnight in Melbourne.

Transfer to the airport in order to board your flight to Adelaide. Upon arrival you are met and are transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax. Adelaide is a sophisticated city that has preserved its heritage and links with the past. There are close to 50 attractions in this city of which entry to more than half of them are FREE! A visit to the Adelaide Oval and the Sir Don Bradman Museum, inside the cricket grounds is what we recommend.
Adelaide has more than 700 restaurants, cafés and pubs, serving food from around the world. The evening is free for you to enjoy some amazing culinary delights at one of Adelaides famed Restaurant strips. We suggest you to have a walk around to what is widely regarded as one of the best food market in Australia, Adelaides Central Market on Gouger Street. Inside the halls youll find stalls bursting with colour and life, reflecting the local produce and artisans of South Australia; fruit and vegetables, cheese, nuts, coffee, bread, seafood and meat. A dinner choice might be Bistro Dom or the informal yet superb Peel Street which brings together Thai, Turkish, Spanish and Greek cuisine with a deliciously diverse menu. Overnight in Adelaide.

This morning, you enjoy an Adelaide city tour. Visit the North Terrace, Adelaides cultural and academic precinct, passing along the historic buildings including Parliament House, Government House, the Art Gallery of South Australia, and the SA Museum. See stunning views over the city from Montefiore Hill and the delightful Torrens River. Overlooking the River Torrens, Jolleys Boathouse is a perfect choice for lunch.
A visit to the Central Market, the largest undercover market in the Southern Hemisphere is definitely worth a visit. Explore the designer shops, pubs and bars of Rundle Streets east and stroll along the Rundle Mall - a paradise for shoppers and the first shopping street mall in Australia. Take a trip to the quaint seaside town of Glenelg and wander along the beach. See Colonel Lights Lookout, named after the founder of Adelaide and rumored to be where he mapped out the plans for Adelaide. No trip to Adelaide would be complete without a visit to Haighs Chocolates. Relax with a cup of tea or coffee whilst you delight in sampling the regions finest chocolates on offer. Set off on an excursion to Barossa Valley including wine tasting and a delicious winery lunch. Tour through the rolling Adelaide Hills dotted with quaint villages to Hahndorf, rich in German heritage and a delight to walk and browse along the main street. Enjoy a scenic tour of the Torrens River through the spectacular Torrens Gorge. Visit the Kangaroo Creek Reservoir and Millbrooke Reservoir, Williamstown with its beautiful stone buildings. Discover secrets at Barossa Reservoirs Whispering Wall! At the Lyndoch Bakery - the aroma of fresh coffee and pastries! Enjoy a coffee or tea and a German sampler plate of sweet treats. Learn the winemaking process on a guided Behind the Scenes tour at Richmond Grove Wines, located in a charming historic chateau. View the original winery built in 1897 with traditional winemaking equipment. Enjoy a tutored wine tasting incorporating basic wine education.
For a taste of the Barossas German heritage, drop into Schulz Butchers for the garlic mettwurst and the award-winning bacon thats cured in traditional brine and smoked for two days. Stop in at the Apex Bakery for a bag of honigkuchen (honey biscuits) baked in a wood-fired oven thats been continuously lit since 1924.
Later, tour through the rolling Adelaide Hills dotted with quaint villages to Hahndorf, rich in German heritage and a delight to walk and browse along the main street. See quaint cottages, craft shops and tea rooms. Visit the villages of Crafers, Stirling and Aldgate set amongst the lush greenness of the Adelaide Hills. Enjoy the delightful village of Bridgewater with Bridgewater Mill and Waterwheel. The German settlement of Hahndorf with its arts and craft, cottage industry shops, pubs, traditional small goods and bakeries evokes the tastes and smells of Bavaria.
