Day 1

Arrive Adelaide
Your magical holiday down under begins today as you arrive into Adelaide this afternoon via Sydney.  Upon arrival you are met and are transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax. Adelaide is a sophisticated city that has preserved its heritage and links with the past. Its an elegant, clean and gracious city close to some of the best metropolitan coastal beaches in Australia.  There are close to 50 attractions in this city of which entry to more than half of them are FREE! A visit to the Adelaide Oval and the Sir Don Bradman Museum, inside the cricket grounds is in store for you today. The rest of the evening is free for you to enjoy some amazing culinary delights at one of Adelaides famed Restaurant strips. Overnight in Adelaide.
 
Day 2

Adelaide
Following breakfast this morning we suggest you head out to Glenelg, a mere 15 mins away from the center and indulge in spending the morning swimming with the dolphins or just enjoying a divine boat ride aboard the Temptations cruise - the only one of its kind. Following this you could then make your way to the Haighs chocolate factory, the oldest chocolate makers and the only ones that make Chocolate still from the cocoa beans. The factory is just 5 mins from the city center. A visit to the Central Market, the largest undercover market in the Southern Hemisphere is definitely worth a visit. Overnight in Adelaide.
 
Day 3

Adelaide - Coober Pedy
Wake up to breakfast this morning and its time to head off to the airport to board your flight to Coober Pedy, the largest producers of precious opals in the World! The flight is around 2 hrs. You are now in the Aussie outback. There are several unique experiences here that can be experienced. Crocodile Harrys underground Nest, Fayes Underground Home, the moon plain (15 kms from here) where the landscape is akin to the lunar one. We suggest you opting for the Ghost and Stars tour that starts at the Historical cemetery where the pioneers of Coober Pedy are buried and then onto a 2 hr. session of stargazing with an experienced guide. Overnight in Coober Pedy.
 
Day 4

Coober Pedy
Wake up to breakfast this morning and ready yourself for either an afternoon desert cave tour that takes you to an underground church with a pottery display and then to the Umoona opal mine and museum and finally to the Breakaways range and the Dingo Fence, OR enjoy a full day Painted Desert Tour that gets you going on a 4 WD through aussie cattle stations, stopping for bushwalks, passing some great landscapes and past the Moon plains. Overnight in Coober Pedy.
 
Day 5

Coober Pedy - Adelaide - Barossa Valley
Following breakfast this morning its time for you to head to the airport to catch your flight to Adelaide. Upon arrival we recommend it is best for you to pick up your car and drive just one hour north to the "Home of Australian Wine" - The Barossa Valley. Home to around 75 cellar doors, the Barossa Valley has gained a worldwide reputation for producing quality wine and is now Australias most famous wine region. Enroute to the Barossa Valley test the amazing acoustics of the Whispering Wall at the Barossa Reservoir and then view over 30,000 roses in the garden at Lyndoch Hill Retreat. Check into your accommodation and relax for the evening. Overnight in the Barossa Valley.
 
Day 6

Barossa Valley
Wake up to a relaxed breakfast at your accommodation before proceeding to explore the Barossa Valley. First stop is Penfolds Barossa Valley to join the "Make Your Own Blend" experience. Here you will create a wine blend which suits your tastes and then have that wine bottled with your name on the label. Enjoy lunch overlooking the vineyards at Jacobs Creek Visitor Centre before spending the remainder of the afternoon visiting more wineries, food producers or the various shops and galleries in the small towns of the Barossa. Overnight in the Barossa Valley.
 
Day 7

Barossa Valley - Adelaide - Kangaroo Island
Post breakfast this morning its time to depart towards Adelaide. From here you head to Cape Jervis which is an approximate 90 mins drive to board the ferry to Kangaroo Island. The car comes with you. The ferry takes 45 mins to reach the only place having the maximum population of native Aussie animals. On arrival we recommend you have lunch and then drive down to Flinders Chase National Park for the rest of the day. Here is where you will find the kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, echidnas, goannas and more. Walk along the walkways to Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch, two of the amazing land formations found in the park. This is an absolutely delightful way to spend your time here. Overnight in Kangaroo Island.
 
Day 8

Kangaroo Island
After a relaxed breakfast later spend time this morning walking amongst the nations third largest and most accessible colony of Sea Lions, as they doze in the sun after their fishing trips in the Southern Ocean, at the popular Seal Bay Conservation Park. You could follow this up with a gourmet tour that takes you around the island helping you discover the local produce here. A wildlife experience could also be opted for this afternoon. Later in the evening its time to ready yourself for a stunning 90 mins nocturnal walk at the Hanson Bay Sanctuary. Overnight in Kangaroo Island.
 
Day 9

Kangaroo Island - Adelaide
Following breakfast this morning its time to check out and drive to the ferry terminal for your 45 mins ferry back to Adelaide. The ferry leaves at either 0830 hrs. or 1030 hrs. Check into your hotel and the day is free for you to wander around and soak in the sights and sounds of this amazing city. Overnight in Adelaide.
 
Day 10

Adelaide - Adelaide Hills - Adelaide
Post breakfast, Adelaide Hills beckons. A 20 mins drive brings you to this area where the famous towns of Hahndorf and the garden village of Stirling is. Hahndorf is the oldest German settlement and is quite unique. You can spend time strolling along the heritage buildings, nibbling traditional German delicacies, picking strawberries or even taking a ride on a landau carriage drawn by horses.  There are lots to do here. Depending on the time of the year, you can visit the fruit farms here that allow for fruit picking. Melbas Chocolate Factory invites you to wander around and watch traditional chocolates being made. A good selection of antiques, souvenirs, local arts and crafts can be found here. Later in the evening you can drive back to Adelaide. Overnight in Adelaide.
 
Day 11

Depart Adelaide
